- Compensation Planning & Administration: Develop analyses and recommendations, conduct job analysis, and ensure compliance.
- Market Data Analysis: Research and analyze market data, participate in salary surveys.
- PeopleSoft HRIS Management: Maintain data integrity, administer merit increase processes, troubleshoot issues, and work on system upgrades.
- Job Descriptions: Review, develop, and maintain job descriptions.
- Executive Support: Prepare reports and documentation for executive meetings.
- Special Projects: Coordinate and create ad-hoc reports and analyses.
